Who I work with
I work with adults 18 and over, by secure telehealth anywhere in Colorado.
Adults in a hard season
You don't need a crisis or a diagnosis to start. People come in for depression, anxiety, grief, a divorce or breakup, a move, or a sense that life has gotten away from them.
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Grief and loss
- Life transitions
- Relationships and communication
High-pressure professionals
Founders, executives, first responders, and people in resort-economy jobs that never really stop. The pattern I see most is someone who is functioning well on paper and paying for it everywhere else. We work on the anxiety, the burnout, and the habits that keep it running.
- Burnout and chronic stress
- Anxiety
- Anger and irritability
- Sleep
- Work-life boundaries
Athletes and former athletes
Athletes are trained to push through. That works on the ice or the field. It works less well with panic attacks, sleep that won't come, drinking to come down after games, or the flat, lost feeling after an injury or the end of a career. I work with current and former athletes on the mental health side of that life: anxiety, depression, identity after sport, and the relationships that take the hit. This is therapy, not performance coaching.
- Anxiety and panic
- Depression and loss of motivation
- Injury and recovery
- Retirement and identity after sport
- Alcohol and substance use as coping
- Relationship and family strain
When I'm not the right fit
I don't provide medication management, eating disorder treatment, or care for active psychosis, and I'm not a crisis service. If what you need is outside my scope, I'll help you find the right provider.

No commitment. We talk about what's going on and whether I'm the right fit. If I'm not, I'll help you find someone who is.
